In Racha, in the village Khvanchkara on the place of the Cellar of Prince Kipiani in 1927 Khvanchkara Winery was built, which we represent today as โKhvanchkaraโ Ltd. The wine-makers who have been working in the Winery for decades, passed on the Kipiani method of Khvanchkara Winemaking to the new generation that continues this fine wine making tradition.
